“All is set for Teulings Grand finale” OYDC Zambia CEO Dr Chitangala reveals

OYDC Zambia – Sports Development Centre Chief Executive Officer Dr Fredrick Chitangala has announced that the Centre is prepared to host the 2020 edition of the Teulings Youth Sports Challenge on Saturday, 5th December 2020.

Addressing the media at the multisport facility Dr Chitangala, said the grand finale will be held under strict health guidelines as a way of avoiding the spread of the Corona Virus being battled globally.

He said during the grand finale the Centre will award all outstanding teams, athletes, coaches, and umpires who have been taking part in league games in netball, beach volleyball, taekwondo and hockey.

The Teulings Youth Sports Challenge has five sports disciplines namely hockey, swimming, netball, beach volleyball and taekwondo.

The youthful competition is supported by Coen Teulings Chairman of the Merifin Capital in Belgium who has sponsored the league since 2011.On Saturday,

Meanwhile, Dr Chitangala, says the Centre during the grand finale will award different media personnel who have been writing stories about the OYDC and the Teulings games. He says those who submitted their works for consideration when the 2020 OYDC media awards were announced.
