Young Judoka Zulu, returns home with gold

Simon Zulu showing his gold medal Young Zambian Judoka Simon Zulu, has returned home with a gold medal after participating in the just ended African Cadet Championships in the -60kg Category held in Bujumbura, Burundi. President Lungu launches 2018 national health week

Athletes witness tree planting ceremony

OYDC on Saturday morning hosted the Lions Club, Zone 14 for a tree planting ceremony. The Lions Club, Zone 14 were welcomed by OYDC Director Dr. Fredrick Chitangala. Matero Magic dominates Teulings weekend games

Teulings Academy basketball players undergo skills training session

The Olympic Youth Development Centre (OYDC) at the weekend hosted 20 Teulings academy basketball players. The players went through a skills training session in which 8 girls and 12 boys participated. Three judokas leave for Hungary

Three judokas based at Dunavassany training Centre in Budapest, Hungary Mathews Punza, Andrew Kaswanga and Stephen Mun’gandu left Zambia on Saturday 7th April, 2018 for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games preparations. Government urges Commonwealth Games bound athletes to mint medals
