Six-year-old taekwondo player remains undisputed

Wanipa Mwanza, the youngest player in the Teulings Youth Sports Challenge at OYDC has remained undisputed after winning three fights in her age category. Mwanza, from the time she started training and competing at OYDC she has proven and shown her taekwondo skills which have since left her coach and spectators amused. Olympiafrica wins Teqball tournament

Olympiafrica Teqball team on Saturday recorded an impressive win with 3 points against team OYDC Zambia which recorded 1 point during the Teulings Youth Sports Challenge and the Lusaka Teqball tournament. 14 year old Teulings hockey player Monde narrates her Ghana games experience

A young and vibrant hockey player Monde Mwananyambe has narrated her experience when she was picked as the youngest athlete to play for team Zambia at the Africa Cup of Nations hosted in Ghana earlier this year. Sports minister launches 2022 National Youth Sports Festival

OYDC Zambia is hosting over 1000 youths in seven sports disciplines taking part in the 2022 National Youth Sports Festival which has been launched by Youth, Sport and Arts Minister Job. Taekwondo gears up for regional Championship set for Botswana

Taekwondo Federation of Zambia president Likando Nagode says his federation is currently preparing athletes for the Regional Championship to be hosted by Botswana in June. COEN TEULINGS EXTENDS FUNDING TO OYDC TILL 2024

The Teulings Foundation in Belgium has extended financial support to OYDC Zambia to continue running youthful league games for the sports disciplines it sponsors. Zambia settles for Bronze at Cana Zone IV Swimming Championship

It was a splendid colorful four days swimming competition which attracted 14 Countries. The 2022 CANA Zone IV Swimming Championship which was being hosted by Zambia at OYDC Zambia – Sports Development Centre has come to an end with neighbouring country Zimbabwe reigning supreme.
