National netball team set to travel to Namibia
Netball Zambia President Martha Sichone has paid gratitude to the OYDC Zambia management for accommodating netballers who are set to travel to Namibia for two competitions.
The team is expected to leave for Namibia on Wednesday, 27 October 2021.
Sichone says the national team has been in residential comp at the OYDC stating that training was worthwhile.
She adds that Netball Zambia expects the girls to win the competitions and earn more points which can see them improve their world ranking.
The team will participate in the Pent Series Tournament and Africa championship.
Sichone was at the OYDC with part of her executive team to check on the girls as they prepare to leave in the morning.
