TEULINGS ATHLETES ANXIOUS FOR 2023 GRAND FINALE
It was an amazing Saturday when several athletes turned up in football, netball and teqball to compete in the Teulings Youth Sports Challenge.
The athletes are all geared for the 2023 Teulings Youth Sports Challenge which the OYDC Zambia will host at the end of the year.
Teqball coach Richard Mulenga says the competition is getting tense as most of the teams that show up at the facility are anxious to get rewarded with trophies and medals.
He says his team [OYDC Teqball Club] is always upbeat whenever the games are organised by the centre management.
One of the players Mutale Chishimba who had recently been shortlisted in the national team and went as far as competing in the 2023 African Beach games in Tunisia says he is confident that his teammates will at the end of the year be crowned champions in Teulings teqball.
Over 500 athletes were present at the OYDC Zambia to compete in the three sports disciplines teqball, football and netball sponsored by Coen Teulings Chairman of Merifin Capital in Belgium.
